riley fitchpatrick

Riley Fitchpatrick is a filmmaker and writer from Oak Ridge, Tennessee. After growing up surrounded by film and theater courtesy of his actor father, he decided to attend film school at the University of North Carolina School of the Arts. This is his first foray into the documentary world. He is currently working at RadicalMedia where he works with acclaimed directors such as Derek Cianfrance, Dave Meyers, and Joe Talbot.

Producer & Editor

Adam Conversano is an editor and filmmaker based in Brooklyn. In 2025, Adam was selected for the inaugural Square Peg Social, hosted by Ari Aster and Lars Knudsen. Adam is an alum of UNC School of the Arts and the South Carolina Governor's School for the Arts; he co-founded Apple House Pictures with his brother in 2020. Adam and Grant co-wrote and directed the short SUMMER'S END (2024), starring Tony nominee Maria Dizzia and Michael Abbott Jr., which was featured in Filmmaker Magazine and won Best Director at Summer Shorts Fest and Best LGBTQ Short at the Macon Film Festival. In 2023, Adam was named to Brooklyn Magazine's "50 Most Fascinating People."

Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe

Composer

Robert Aiki Aubrey Lowe is an artist, composer, and curator working primarily with voice and modular synthesizer in the realm of spontaneous music. The marriage of synthesis and voice is central to his practice analog modular systems echo the organic nature of vocal expression, generating a heightened physicality and trancelike states both in performance and on record. Lowe has also developed an audiovisual practice spanning live performance, installation, and an increasing focus on film composition. Collaborators include Ben Russell, Ben Rivers, Jóhann Jóhannsson, Tarek Atoui, Philippe Parreno, Hildur Guðnadóttir, Ariel Kalma, and Susie Ibarra, among many others.

Grant Conversano

Producer

Grant Conversano is a filmmaker from Concord, North Carolina, and a graduate of UNC School of the Arts. In 2025, Grant was selected for the inaugural Square Peg Social, hosted by Ari Aster and Lars Knudsen. In 2020, they co- founded Apple House Pictures with their brother Adam Conversano. Their short SUMMER'S END (2024), starring Tony nominee Maria Dizzia and Michael Abbott Jr., was featured in Filmmaker Magazine and won Best Director at Summer Shorts Fest and Best LGBTQ Short at the Macon Film Festival. Their films have screened at HollyShorts, IFFBoston, Woodstock, and Fantasia, with distribution by PBS, Short of the Week, and Vimeo Staff Picks. In 2023, Grant was named to Brooklyn Magazine's "50 Most Fascinating People.”

Katie Mlinek

Director of Photography

Katie Mlinek is a cinematographer from Baltimore, Maryland. Working across narrative, documentary, and commercial projects, she is drawn to stories shaped by emotional landscapes and human connection. She was a 2024 Fellow of the International Truth and Beauty Project and selected to represent the US for the 2025 US–China Filmmakers Exchange Event.  Her work has screened at the Mammoth Lakes Film Festival, New/Next Film Festival, and RiverRun International Film Festival, and has been featured by Kodak Shoot Film, NoBudge and Independent Short Awards, among others.

Doug Moss

Sound Designer

Doug Moss is an award-winning sound editor, re-recording mixer and sound designer based in Brooklyn, NY. He has over 12 years of experience crafting audio and music for both independent films and major commercial advertising campaigns. He is known for Birth/Rebirth (2023) In the Mouth (2025) and Neurotica. (2019)

Derek Cianfrance

Executive Producer

Derek M. Cianfrance is an American film director, cinematographer, screenwriter, and editor. He is best known for writing and directing the films Blue Valentine (2010), The Place Beyond the Pines (2012), The Light Between Oceans (2017) and Roofman (2025) as well as the HBO miniseries I Know This Much Is True (2020). For his contributions to the story of Sound of Metal (2020), he received a nomination for the Academy Award for Best Original Screenplay with its director Darius Marder and Abraham Marder.
